SABI BOOST — TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

By placing an order with Sabi Boost, you automatically agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below, whether or not you have read them.

Sabi Boost reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing the terms before placing an order to ensure that you are aware of any current or future changes.

You agree to use the Sabi Boost website and its services in accordance with the applicable terms and policies of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Sabi Boost rates may change at any time without prior notice. Our payment and refund policies remain applicable regardless of any rate changes.

Sabi Boost does not guarantee an exact delivery time or a specific retention/drop rate for services unless explicitly stated in the service description. Any delivery time shown is an estimated timeframe and should not be considered a guarantee.

Orders that are still processing will generally not be refunded solely because delivery is taking longer than the estimated timeframe.

Services without a stated refill or refill period are not eligible for refill, even if the delivered engagement subsequently decreases. If refill protection is important to you, please select a service that specifically includes a refill period.

Sabi Boost makes reasonable efforts to deliver the service purchased by the customer. However, we reserve the right to provide an alternative service or service type when reasonably necessary to complete an order.

Any malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity may result in the suspension or termination of your Sabi Boost account. Where applicable, users may be given reasonable time to use any remaining balance before account termination.

Creating another account after a suspension or termination may result in the new account also being terminated.

Our services are intended for lawful and legitimate promotional purposes only.

DISCLAIMER

Sabi Boost is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage that may occur to you, your account, or your business as a result of using our services.

LIABILITY

Sabi Boost is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, deletions, content removal, reach limitations, or other actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

SERVICES

Sabi Boost services are intended to help customers promote and improve the appearance and visibility of their social media accounts.

We do not guarantee that followers, likes, views, comments, or other forms of engagement will interact with your content or remain permanently on your account unless a specific service description states otherwise.

We guarantee delivery only according to the quantity and specifications stated in the service description.

We do not guarantee that every delivered account or profile will contain a profile picture, complete biography, posts, or other profile information unless explicitly stated in the relevant service description.

Customers must not submit illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content through Sabi Boost.

IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION

We aim to provide clear and accurate information about every service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a service name or description, some followers, likes, views, comments, or other engagement supplied through Sabi Boost may be artificial or generated through promotional systems and should not be represented as genuine organic engagement.

Sabi Boost does not encourage customers to mislead others about the nature or source of engagement received through our services.

Private social media accounts may not be eligible for delivery or refund. Please ensure that your account or content meets the requirements shown in the service description before placing an order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Once a deposit has been successfully completed and credited to your Sabi Boost account balance, the payment generally cannot be reversed or withdrawn as cash. The deposited balance must be used for services available through Sabi Boost.

Orders are generally non-refundable and cannot be canceled after they have been successfully submitted to a service provider.

If an order cannot be delivered, any eligible refund will normally be issued as credit to your Sabi Boost account balance, rather than returned to the original payment method.

Orders submitted with incorrect links, usernames, IDs, private accounts, or other incorrect information may not qualify for a refund. Please carefully verify all order information before submitting an order.

Customers are expected to contact Sabi Boost support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback when there is an issue with an order or payment.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods, will result in account termination. Any associated balance or orders may also be affected.

Please do not use multiple services or providers simultaneously for the same social media page when doing so may interfere with delivery or tracking. Sabi Boost cannot guarantee accurate delivery results in such circumstances and may not provide a refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sabi Boost respects your privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

Personal information provided to Sabi Boost is used primarily to create, process, support, and manage your orders and account.

We do not sell or intentionally redistribute your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable security measures to protect information stored on our systems. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should avoid sharing passwords or other sensitive account credentials unless specifically required and clearly authorized by the service.

Sabi Boost will never require you to provide your social media password for standard follower, like, view, comment, or promotional services.
